ஊழல் பற்றிய தகவல் தருபவரை பல்வேறு வழிகளில் மிரட்ட ஆரம்பித்து இருக்கிறார்கள். மறுபக்கம் FIR பதிவு செய்யாமல் விசாரணை நடத்தி முடித்ததாக சொல்லி அமைச்சர் மீது எந்த குற்றமும் இல்லை என்று அறிக்கை கொடுக்கிறார்கள். இதனால் தான் வழக்கின் முதல் நாளில் இருந்து DVAC மீது நம்பிக்கை இல்லை என்று அறப்போர் இயக்கம் வாதிட்டு வருகிறது. சிறப்பு புலனாய்வு குழு அமைத்து விசாரணை நடத்த வேண்டும் என்று கோரிக்கை வைத்து இருக்கிறோம்.

State Government petitioned the High court to close the Writ Petition by Arappor saying that no case has been made out against Minister Velumani as per Directorate of Vigilance and Anticorruption report

Judges ask when the preliminary enquiry report has been placed before the High Court in a sealed cover, how come DVAC submitted the report to the State Government

Arappor has all along argued that DVAC is biased and hence an independent investigation must be done in the case.
